My son's first birthday is what pushed me to enroll in cake decorating classes. I wanted to create something that perfectly captured his sweet, goofy personality, that made his eyes light up with joy, that marked his special day in a memorable way.

What's kept me baking these past four years is wanting people to share in that same mix of joy and personality and memories. Because cookie-cutter desserts will do the trick when a craving hits any old day of the week.
